Doctor of Art History, professor, honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, knight of the order “Kurmet” of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He began his career in 1984 as an artist of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl.
In 1991-1993 worked as a chief specialist of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1997, he graduated from the National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Public Administration.
From 1997 to 2001 he served as the head of the Presidential Orchestra of the Republican Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2001 he graduated from the graduate school of Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, in 2003 he successfully defended his thesis with the award of the degree of candidate of historical sciences (Ph.D).
In 2003, he was the General Director of the State Enterprise “Directorate of Republican and International Cultural Programs” of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in 2005, he was the President of “Kazak auenderi” JSC.
In 2006, A. Mukhamediuly held the position of Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is the organizer of large-scale cultural projects of national and international level, took an active part in the development of the State program “Cultural Heritage”.
Since 2007, he has been the chief inspector of the Social and Political Department, head of the cultural sector of the Department of Internal Policy of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008, by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T.K.Zhurgenova.
In March 2014, he was appointed Minister of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014-2019 he was appointed Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019 director of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the title of “Kazakhstan Enbek Sinergen Kairatkeri”, has letters of thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded the badge “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, commemorative medals “10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “10 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “10th anniversary of the Astana”,“ 20 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan ”, the order“ Qurmet ”, the medal“ Astana ”, was awarded the high title of “ World master in art and culture ”. In 2012, he won the Russian contest “Manager of the Year.”
